When checking out tires cost the most important thing to consider is what kind of tire do you need to buy.
Tires can be either wintertime, summer or all-season types. What makes them different? It is the pattern of the surface of the tire, and also the chemical type substances of the rubber along with other internal qualities. You must not commute on winter tires throughout a summer and the other way around. Winter car tires are created for temperatures below 9C, and if outdoors temperature is over that, they’ll likely become very soft like a clay, and wear out much sooner. And whenever equipping summer tires in winter months, they become hard very quickly and start to feel like a plastic, that’s why your auto could become difficult to handle. All-season car tires are sort of a compromise among the other 2 types and therefore are primarily put into use where local weather is moderate. It is usually recommended to consult with professional auto tire technician who will help you figure out what kind of tire your auto needs. Found this place via a web search after the girlfriend blew a tire. I called up to see if we needed any kind of appointment (we were tight on time, needed to fix the tire en route to a wedding thing – not our wedding, btw). The guy on the phone tells me “We can have you on the road in about 8 minutes.”
We get there and 1 minute later the tire is off the car and on the machine. 1 minute after that the tech sticks his head in the waiting room and says the tire is destroyed, but he can sell us a replacement (used) tire for 35 bucks.
Not long after that we were on the road again. No consulting, no sales people, no attempt to upsale. They’ll give you exactly what you need and send you on your way in no time at all.

They also alerted me to mistakes that had been made with previous installations of my tires that were a safety hazard.
Highly recommend!

They have wonderful customer service, and I always feel like a priority and well taken care of when I come in for routine maintenance. Also, I really appreciate that their estimates are accurate and that they are realistic about the amount of time it will take for my services, so that I can plan my day accordingly.

One tire $150. 12 months ago paid $105
PLUS LABOR $19.
PLUS Balancing $28.00
PLUS Nitrogen $5.00
Nitrogen for a 1997 Camry. Really? Your are that desperate for an upsell you push nitrgen on a 17 year old?
Not to mention the free replacement road hazard that we had on the tire that blew, which they will not honor.

I certainly didn’t anticipate walking out with my wallet intact. Boy was I wrong. They fixed the flat, fixed another tire that had a screw in it, rotated the tires, informed me of the wear on the tires, and sent me out the door at no charge at all. It was fast, professional, and exactly what they promised when I bought my tires. Excellent service.
